3 months and other random times

My cute little Audrey Mae is 3 months old today! That is so crazy! How the time flies! She is a very cute chubby thing that is already outgrown all of her 3 month clothes, which means she doesn't fit in either one of her beautiful Christmas dresses! However, I would rather have my cute little chubby thing than for her to be unhealthy in any way! I love her beautiful smile that makes my heart happy to see it! She loves to be talked to and just held! She has so much patience, especially with her older brother who is still learning. She is sleeping up to ten hours at a time and then after she eats will go down for a couple more! She has made the transition to being a two kid mommy so much easier than I ever thought it would be! She just has the sweetest little spirit and I am so glad she is part of our little family!

My cute little Jack is the light of my life! After all the sleep deprivation, the many doctor's visits, the stress, crying with him while he cried himself to sleep, learning everything for the first time, learning how to be a parent, the joys and smiles, the happiness I see when he learns something new, the hits, scratches, and bruises, the enemas for him on the day I had Audrey, the hugs and slobbery kisses on my mouth, the toys and games, the fun music and car rides, the obsession with cars, trucks, and trees, his little laugh, his big blue eyes that smile when he is happy, and all the many many other things I have experienced with him, I am surprised it has only been 20 months! I love him so much!

I have had few heroes in my life that I would want standing by me through anything. My husband, Johnny is amazing to me and has done so much for me and my little family over these past 3+ years we have been married. In a few weeks we will celebrate the anniversary of knowing each other for four years! In those four years we have dated, married, made it through fire school, intermediate school, paramedic school, jobs we thought we had, jobs we really got, two beautiful children, disappointments and successes, happiness and sadness, perfect unity and some frustration, hellos and goodbyes, new cars, a new house, learning more and more about each other, so many memories that can't all be shared because there just isn't enough time! I have learned from him how to have fun in life and to let some of the little things go! He continually puts a smile on my face, even when I don't want one there! He rubs my feet even though he hates touching feet! He is patient with my shortcomings and helps me to become a better person. I love him so much and look forward to many many years to come!

I am so grateful for these three wonderful people that I have with me in my life! They make me truly happy!

Here are a few of Audrey's latest faces! This is her Christmas dress that doesn't fit her any more! I can't get it to button around her little neck! At least we got some pictures with her in it.

Jack keeps me very very busy! I have learned that when he is too quiet, he is probably doing something he shouldn't! I have learned that before I overreact, I need to take some pictures of what happened because hopefully I will enjoy them later! These first pictures are the art that he left for me on our storage room door downstairs. I had gone into the laundry room to switch the washing to the dryer and he found a pencil and went to work. When I came out, he smiled at me and said, "Ta-Da!"

The dishwasher finished washing so I cracked the door open to let the dishes dry. Again I went to switch laundry around. When I came back up, all my clean silverware was on the floor along with all the bottle nipples and rings. I looked down and saw this little angelic face and had to smile!

The other not so funny incedent was this morning! AGAIN I was changing laundry around, that will teach me to try to do laundry while kiddos are awake, I came back out and Jack had found a box of Chex (my favorite) that either Johnny or I had left within Jack's reach. He dumped them on the floor and then ate it by the handfull! After he had his fill, he proceeded to step on the Chex because he liked the crunch it made! He also took a moment to see how far he could throw it across the room! He did however help me clean up and found great joy in sticking Chex into the vacuum tube!

We also have had a hard time getting Jack to let us get his head wet! He hates the water in his face and will scream. Johnny figured out that if you plug his ears and lean him back into the water, he loves it and makes it into a game. It does however get a little hard on the lower back about the fifteenth time around!

The last thing I have to get updated on is Kayla's birthday. We drove up to Farmington for Kayla's 3rd birthday! She is my 2nd cousin's daughter, which makes her 3rd cousins to my kiddos! I know that sounds far away in relation, but we have a close family and it was so fun to be invited to her party!

Jack loved his bagel bites! He ate like five just by himself! He also liked being ablt to sit on chair without any baby seat!

Ok, I love your new family picutres. Super cute! We still need to do our playdate, I don't know what happened to the one we planned. Totally spaced it, we will re-plan it!

Very sweet!! You and Johnny have been through a lot! The kiddos are so cute. Your pictures are making me tired already for when Tristan is Jack's age. Haha!
