He Sleeps!!!

We have been working really hard on getting Jack to sleep through the night! I have a really hard time going to work and being excited about playing with playdough with these cute kids, when I have only had 4 hours of sleep! A couple of nights go, Jack screamed and cried for an hour and a half. Rip my heart out! And of course I can't sleep when he is crying so much! Well, last night he slept for seven hours straight. That is only the second time he has EVER done that in his whole life! He just doesn't need sleep! Anyway, I don't know if it's a new trend or a one time thing, but I sure enjoyed it last night!

Wow Life Has Changed!

On January 7th, Johnny and I celebrated three years of knowing each other! I can't believe that I only met him three years ago and how life has changed! His dad took this shot on one of our first dates. Johnny took me snowboarding! I made a complete fool of myself because I had never been on a board before! We had so much fun and he was so good to me. We even saw a porcupine!
Since then, we were married in the Salt Lake Temple and moved into a temporary basement apartment. We only stayed there for a month and a half before we moved into his parents house for a couple months while our townhouse was being finished! We bought a townhouse and Johnny started an intense RCA Fire school. We rarely saw each other but life was good. Johnny graduated from Fire Cadet School. July 2007 I found out I was pregnant with Jack. We thought Johnny had the job with West Jordan and then they bailed on him through a letter in the mail. He then started Paramedic School late. I had Jack March 2008. Johnny finished paramedic school July 2008 and started full time with Eagle Mountain August 2. He was able to get on with Murray in December and our continued roller coaster lives well . . continue. I love him so much and can't imagine being with anybody else!

Jack's Nine Month Appointment

Today we went in for Jack's nine month appointment, although he is nine and a half months old. He is 18 pounds 2 ounces which is the 10 percentile of weight. He is 28 inches long which is the 32 percentile of length. And off the charts for head size (literally). He is in the 99 percentile and above where the chart charts. He is just so darn cute and you don't look at him and think he is a kid with a really humoungous head. Or maybe you all do and just don't tell me, if that is the case, please keep it to yourself!
