Not a lot needs to be said about these pictures, they pretty much speak for themselves! My photographer is fantastic!!! SHe caught some wonderful smiles and moments with two very young children! My mother-in-law Margaret made Audrey's blessing dress by hand. It was so beautiful and everything I could have asked for and more!

2 months old and Never ending Bubbles
My baby is two months old today! That is so crazy, how the time flies! She was smiley in her church clothes today so I snapped a couple pictures. We get their pictures back on Tuesday that we had done at Penney's. They are wonderful Halloween pics and then the pictures of her in her blessing dress. I don't take as many pictures of her as I did of Jack!! I feel bad but most of the time I am protecting her life from her big little brother. He is so good with her except he doesn't know how to be soft! He loves her and loves hugging her, he just doesn't realize how to do it gently!
Today at church, Jack went into nursery with really no problem. My friend was in there with him and just said he was really quiet and glassy eyed. Part way through Sunday School the door opened and in came one of the nursery leaders with a sound asleep Baby Jack. I was already holding a sleeping Audrey so Johnny took him until he woke up! I will be very glad when our church moves from 9:00 for Jack's naptime sake!!!
Daddy loves giving Jack very big bubble baths. Jack loves them too!

We have a guy that lives down the street that is SOOOO obsessed with his door frame it is kind of scary! He is always touching it up in some way and will be out there all hours of the day and night taping up this plastic to protect it. Today we saw that the entire door is covered. How does he get in and out???

Halloween and Audrey's Blessing
Pictures will be coming soon but I don't have enough time to type and load the pics.
This was Jack's first Halloween where he actually started understanding what was going on. On Friday I took him into my office at work. He was very cute with everyone, but wouldn't put on his triceritops head! He couldn't understand why people would give him candy and then not open it and let him eat it! He would stand in front of them and yell, "Mo, Mo, Mo!" (he can't say more yet.) He walked right into Brenda's (my boss) office and told her he wanted more. He has the cutest little tail in the back and it is so cute to see him walk in it! After that we had some shopping to do so I went and picked up my mom and we at least let the baby get out of her costume, but we took Jack to Costco in his costume! People commented on how cute he was, and I would have to agree!
The next day on Halloween, we got a slow start to the day. I had to go pick up all the stuff I had ordered for the lunch after the blessing so I packed up both kids and headed out. We went to Walmart and it was crazy! There were people loading up on candy and the workers were stocking it as fast as it was going out! We then headed to the other Costco to pick up the cake and rolls. When you have two babies that need to be in the cart, it just doesn't leave much room for any groceries! Jack had to share the front with Audrey's carseat and he let me know that he was not ok with that!
We then had to go and do naps. After that we headed to the fire station. I have never seen Jack so quiet! He actually let me put his head on him! He wouldn't answer any questions or do anything the firefighters wanted him to. He just stood there as a very cute green dinosaur, sucking on his bottle!
Then it was on to the Grandmas. He is much more comfortable at the family's houses and was able to take a break from impressing people! We went to the trunk-or-treat at my parent's ward house. There must have been close to 50 cars there and he really hauled in the candy. By the end, he got really used to taking candy out of their bowls although he still wanted to eat all of it right now! After that we changed and just enjoyed the evening watching football.
The next morning Nov 1, was Audrey's blessing. Jack was up bright and early at 7:00 so we had what seemed like plenty of time to get ready! We couldn't actually take Audrey in her dress to church because she doesn't fit in the carseat wearing it! My mother-in-law Margaret made the dress for her and it is an absolute masterpiece! Johnny got home from work about 7:20 and helped me get things ready to go. We were actually early to church for once and I changed the baby into her dress. We were praying that she didn't have a blowout in her white everything and she did very well! Johnny gave a very beautiful blessing and blessed her to be happy and kind. She needs to focus on the good things in life! Jack stayed back with my parents and fell asleep on Aunt Lisa half way through sacrament. It was a good meeting and all in all went very well!
Afterwards we went to my brothers for a lunch. There were 32 adults and 7 kids 5 and under. It was a pretty full house but it was fun to have so much family there. We are always good at eating and talking and we stayed for close to 4 hours. Everyone ended up picking apples in my Grandpa's orchard and playing outside because it was such a beautiful day!
I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family and such beautiful children! My husband is working so hard for our little family and even though I don't see him as much as I would like, we are working for the future and hopefully soon he won't need to be gone so much! He is great at what he does and goes the extra mile to get extra training and impress all he needs to. I love him so much and I am proud that he is my husband and my children's father!

Trip to the Zoo
We (Johnny, Me, Jack, Audrey, my mom, my dad, my sister, and my nephew Nathan) went to the zoo for the first time this year. I knew that Jack wouldn't be all that impressed by the animals because he wasn't all that impressed at Wheeler Farm and those animals aren't even close to exotic! After the whole trip, Johnny said we should just save our money and take him for a walk on the parkway. Oh well, it was still fun and Jack got some exercise!
He loved the stroller! Everywhere we go, he holds onto it for a while then runs away, then holds onto the stroller again!
Audrey didn't really know what was going on besides another ride in the stroller. She was a very good girl and slept almost the whole time.
My dad is SOOOO good with Jack and Jack loves being with him. Whenever Jack threw a fit my dad could get him calmed down and back to where we wanted him to go. It was great!
Jack did enjoy seeing the monkeys!
We saw the new baby elephant! At least I didn't have to be pregnant for 21 months! While we were looking at the elephants, Jack was pointing out the trees around them.
This was over by the big cats. There were two way cute tiger cubs! Jack was interested in the "cks" which are rocks. He can't say his "r"s.
We did take a train ride which Jack enjoyed. He loves trains and enjoyed it pulling up and then getting on.
Do You Measure Up?
Jack LOVES books! He will look at them more than he plays with toys! This was a new book I brought home from work, "If You Give A Cat A Cupcake." He will find a page with writing on it and "read". He makes up sounds and words and it is so entertaining. Just lately he has started singing which is fun to hear too!

Update on Nursery
Jack was a very good boy and didn't cry at all going to nursery today. Johnny took him up there and stayed for a couple minutes then snuck out. Jack did well, but he didn't make a peep for two hours which is hard for me to believe. The nursery leader said he just sat really quietly with his huge eyes just looking around at everything that was going on. He found Lydia at least and sat by her and that seemed to help him. We checked on him twice and he was a super star. Hopefully he will get more comfortable to where he feels like he can talk, but until then, at least he's not crying!

Off to Nursery
Well we are putting Jack in nursery tomorrow. It makes me a little nervous because there are a lot of big kids in there and Jack is so little. The last time I was in there, they just kind of sat there while all the kids played and I was afraid he was going to be trampled. There are almost twenty kids in our nursery and I don't want to say anything to the bishop about it because then I will probably be called to be the nursery leader for Jack's class and I can't do that with Audrey. So we will see how it goes. He is 19 months today and getting bigger and tougher all the time, so he should be able to stand up for himself soon. I am just worried he will learn bad behavior, pushing, yelling, and biting from being around some of these older kids. Luckily he has his cute friend Lydia to be with. I am sure it is fine and I will not worry like this with my second child.

Swine Flu is a Bunch of Bull Honky!!!
I think that this stuff with swine flu has just gone way too far! It is so dumb! I think that it is some type of conspiracy, I just can't figure out why yet. Think about it. There are crazy huge lines to get a vaccination that was NEVER TESTED ON CHILDREN!!! The only very quick studies they did on the vaccination was on adults and it was very short. And yet, they are shooting this out so fast to people and I just want to know why. People are still getting it at an alarming rate and less than half of Americans over the age of 18 think it is even a good idea to get! More people die of MRSA (staff infection) than the swine flu. More people are getting STDs on a daily basis, why aren't we stressing more education about this? My father-in-law was treating a nurse at his chiropratic office and she said that at the hospital when people come in, they don't even test them to see if they have the swine flu, they just assume it is. What if it is just the flu? What if it is just a bad cold? We still need to use our head and not get sick and when we are sick with the swine flu or without, we still need to take care of ourselves. But I think it is a VERY VERY bad idea to get it in our children and adults for that matter. So anyway, that is my ranting and raving for the day.
