Wow It's Been a While

I can't tell you why I haven't posted for the past two months, but I need to because it helps me keep a journal of what is going on in life!

Jack is talking up a storm!  We are still only getting two, maybe three words at a time,  but it is ALL the time!  He loves loves loves to sing!  He has a particular fascination with Puff the Magic Dragon!  He asks to sing it in nursery after they sing I am a Child of God!

Audrey is close to walking!  I think she could do it, she just doesn't want to let go of my finger!  That's fine I will hold onto it as long as I can!!!  She eats double, maybe triple, what Jack eats in a sitting and she is growing like a weed!

Last week we celebrated her 1st birthday!  Oh my how time does fly!!!!

When she woke up in the morning at about 9:30, I made her favorite breakfast, bananas, bacon, and crepes.

We played with toys for a while before we headed out for our "Audrey's Day of Fun!"

We went and saw Great-Grandma Stayner.  As you can see, she wasn't too happy about sitting with her, but other than this, we enjoyed the visit.

She also gets to sit in her new carseat now.  She got the weight a while ago, but we were waiting for her to turn one!

Grandma Tani took us to Archibald's at Gardner Village for lunch.  Jack spilled his apple juice ALL over the table and mommy, but we enjoyed it other than that.  Taking kids out to eat is like trying to nail jello to a wall, it just doesn't work!

Daddy had to work on her birthday, so we went to the firestation to celebrate!

Audrey loves ripping paper and did great opening presents, but it took a long time!!!

We had two birthday parties for her that I planned for a while!  I didn't get that many pictures, because I was enjoying myself or doing something to get the party to run well!  We had a princess theme at the parties for my little princess!

Johnny's last go around he called and said they were playing volleyball at Murray Park.  Station 81 was playing 82 again!  Station 82 lost the last time they played and unfortunately, they lost again!  It was so fun to go and see them play!

Glenae was a good sport and played the whole time, even though she didn't really want to.  Amy was over talking with me and reading a book.

Jack LOVED running up and down the hill!  He would go "upstairs" and then run down.  He was a real ham when I was taking his picture and was so cute!

I will post again before two months pass, for my own sake!  We are excited for some cooler weather and fall to come!
