First Post - Baby Jack

Well we have decided to try out this whole blog thing. We will try to post comments and pictures often!

Jack joined us on Monday March 24, 2008. My water broke at 4:15 at my parent's house. Johnny was down at school and headed home after I called him. My parents and Lisa took me to the hospital and got me all checked in. Johnny came about 5:30. I was already on Pitocin because my contractions hadn't started after my water broke. Things went quick and at 10:43, Jack was born. He didn't cry much and as soon as we talked to him, he calmed and just stared at everything. He weighed 7 pounds 10 ounces and was 20 inches long. He has quite a bit of dark hair! His eyes are a bold dark blue! He is the best looking member of the family and we are so happy to have him with us!
